2022-2023 Parent-Child Chinese New Year Fair

Objective(s)

• Children are able to learn the traditional culture of Chinese New Year.
• To let parent and children to experience the festive atmosphere of Chinese New Year and enjoy the activities.

Brief Descriptions:

The Parent-child Chinese New Year Fair have different activities, such as carnival game booths, to experience lion dance and traditional Chinese art creation like Chinese Lantern, Fengyang flower drum and also including traditional Tangyuan tasting.  From the activity, children are able to learn and experience the traditional festive culture of the Chinese New Year, and also will be able to appreciate and respect the Chinese Culture. Which can build up the children’s national identity and sense of belonging.
