Our school was pleased to invite two alumnae, sisters Sophie Chan and Summer Chan, back to their alma mater to lead the children on an interesting journey exploring German language and culture. Alumna Sophie Chan is currently studying at Heep Yunn School, while alumna Summer Chan is currently studying at Diocesan Girls’ School. Proficient in German, the two alumnae vividly told the story of The Three Little Pigs in German, allowing the children to experience the joy of language learning through the world of stories. In addition to storytelling, they also taught their junior schoolmates some practical everyday German, enabling the children to appreciate the charm of the German language.
